an unfinished Tunnel Goons hack which ended as, mostly, a rewording of the original rules without any of the interesting things actually planned. which is to say, the advanced classes, spells, programs, etc. never ended up with any distinct rules. a list of items wasn't even written up, the only examples being found in the example section.

it was around this time i was watching a bunch of youtube Adult Swim stuff (specifically Live at the Necropolis), ended up brainstorming a setting while talking to a friend, and ended up with the perfect system for it by way of Tunnel Goons. i knew, immediately, that there would be no death, no lasting physical violence during the synth-pocalypse. that there wouldn't really be any danger, no actual player death, with retirement only occurring if you really wanted it to happen.

something that is probably important to mention is that anything in brackets is just my own personal notes. i must also apologize for the following, "they're basically more extremely versions of the normal effects." i can only imagine the original intent was to take mundane skills and make them over-the-top technologically speaking.
